He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Bulls and Louzell Bulls (Jennings); and his siblings, Richard Bulls, Brooksie Corley, Eunice Huffhines and Doris McPherson.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bulls (Clinard); his brother Bob Bulls; his children, Robert Lewis Bulls, Roger Wayne Bulls (Kimberly) and Vickie Lynn Blackwood (Bulls); his grandchildren, Lewis E. Blackwood (Paula), Zac Bulls (Madison), Elizebeth Blackwood, Jonathan Bulls, Justin Mercer and Curtis Mercer (Erin); and his great grandchildren, Braelynn Bulls, Beckett Bulls, Garmon Blackwood, Rylie Blackwood, Wyatt Blackwood, Parker Mercer and Payton Stanford.
