She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Sim and Numa Lovell Noel (Booher); and her husband Myles Wayne Stallings. She is survived by: her children, Wayne Stallings of Temple, Marjorie Stiles of Dallas, Charlotte Hastings of Spokane, WA and Debra Jones of Georgetown; and her siblings, Kathyrn Ivey of Lubbock, Don Noel of Big Springs and Howard Noel of Moneta, VA. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild.
