It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Alice McMurtry of Troy, Texas, born in Temple, Texas, who passed away on March 30, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Williams and Minnie Martin Williams; and her siblings, Clifford Williams, Coda Williams, Shorty Williams, Catherine Cantwell and Pat Anderson.
She is survived by: her sons, Mike McMurtry (Lynne) of Troy, Gary McMurtry (Beth) of Troy and Craig McMurtry (Jo Anna) of Troy. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
