He was predeceased by: his children, Billy Riddle and Suzie Salyers; his parents, Jewell Haire and Wilma Haire; and his siblings, Verlon, Billy Haire, Wanda Andrews, Doris Rhea, Barbara Jenkins and Mary Joyce Haire.
He is survived by: his daughters, JoAnn Henager (Tim), Jessica Armold (Phil), Wilma Moya, Sadie Kankelfitz (Duwayne) and April Pagel (Dusty); and his significant other Sadie Taylor Smith. He is also survived by family, which includes fifty-two grandchildren, eighty great-grandchildren, and fifteen great-great-grandchildren.
