He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Sr. Carrillo and Petra Carrillo (Hernandez); and his wife Guadalupe Sandoval Carrillo. He is survived by: his daughter Hope Carrillo; his grandsons, Damian Melendez Jr. (Nayeli) and Gabriel Santiago Tomson; his girlfriend Janie Ybarra; his partner's daughters, Christine and Lorena Ybarra; and also, Joshua Forbes, Mariah Smith and Diamond Smith.
