Eva Rogers Cartwright Obituary
Eva Rogers Cartwright, age 97, of Troy, Texas passed away on Sunday, October 24, 2021 at her home in Troy. She was born on February 21, 1924 in Wingate, Texas the daughter of Hullon Alexander and Martha (Grisham) Rogers. A visitation will take place on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 from 11:00am-1:30pm at Scanio-Harper Funeral Home 3110 Airport Rd. Temple, Texas 76504 followed by a burial at Central Texas State Veteran's Cemetery in Killeen at 3:00pm.
Eva married Billy Joe "BJ" Cartwright on July 4, 1957. She is a graduate of San Angelo High School, served her country in the United States Coast Guard and was the owner/operator of Car-Cam (Carnival concessions and rides) with her husband Bill and son Raimond. She is survived by her husband Billy Joe "BJ" of Troy, her son Rai Campana of Troy, and a sister Pat Findley of Gaston, South Carolina.
Eva was preceded in death by her parents Hullon and Martha Rogers and a sister Marge Boyett.
