He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Kelley and Velva Kelley (Hicks); and his siblings, Wilma Day and Donald Ray Kelley. He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his son Gaylon Kelley; and his siblings, Jerry Kelley, James Kelley and Dora Harmon.
