He is survived by: his wife Esther Kelley of Troy; his children, Judy Kelley of Troy, Jane (Jody Estes) of Troy, Velva (Jeff Randolph) of Temple, Dale Kelley of Troy and Jason Kelley of Troy; and his siblings, James Kelley of Temple, Jerry Kelley of Whitehall, Dora Harmon of Temple and Wilma Day of Troy. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
