He was predeceased by: his brother Francis Gray Wilkinson. He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his children, Kim Cantele (Chris) of Karen Andrews and Mark Lester (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Ashley Riddle (Clayton) of Bill Bassett, Russ Lester (Anna), Amanda Womble (Victor), Shawn Bunyard (Terri), Jacob Cantele, Sarah Siragusa (Brad) and Laura Purdy.
