He is survived by: his wife Nita Jo Palmer Jones of Troup; his daughter Amanda Walker of Palestine; his stepdaughter Johanna Rose Chamy of Fort Worth; his mother-in-law Anita Palmer-Carroll (Douglas) of Fruitvale; his siblings, Elaine Stover of Mesquite, Norbra (Gary) of Dallas, Sandi (Bill) of Quinlan, Toni (Michael) of Mesquite, Jim (Heidi) of Dallas and Ron (Cindy) of Kemp; and his grandchildren, Corey Walker, Aven Mays, Thea Josephine Chamy and Eleanor Dare Chamy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends.
