With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnie Lafay Lee (Troup, Texas), who passed away on November 12, 2018 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henry and Verna Mae Rankin; her sisters, Violet Rankin, Pat Tenison and Vee Switzer of Troup; and her children, James Thomas Lee II (Tommy) and Glenda Lee Johnston of Shreveport, Louisiana.

She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Kevin II, James Pierce and Thomas Pierce of Troup; her friend R. C. Lloyd of Troup; and her nieces, Rhonda Sparks and Tiffany Sparks. She is also survived by many other nephews and nieces.
