He is survived by: his wife Mildred Hedgecough Steele of Troup; his sons, Doug (Cindy Steele), Scott (Anita Steele) and David (Janette Steele); his sister Melba Bedgood; his grandchildren, Sarah Wilson, Bo Steele, Rebekah Raney, Chance Steele, Grant Steele, Lauren Steele, Ryan Steele, Dylan Steele and Eden Steele; his great grandchildren, Addelyn Wilson, Brylee Wilson, Sawyer Steele, Savannah Steele, Sean Steele and Carson Raney; and his close friend Knighton.
