She was predeceased by: her siblings, Irene Jones Garrett, Mildred J. Harrist, Rayford Jones and Curtis Jones. She is survived by: her husband John Calvin Griffith, Jr.; her children, Mark Griffith (Lisa Griffith), Charlotte Griffith Witte (James) and Eric Griffith (Doreen Lilly Griffith); her grandchildren, Leslie Witte Cooper, Brian James Witte, Daniel John Witte, Emily Carol Griffith and Erin Elizabeth Griffith; and her great grandchildren, Sam, Sarah, Taylor and Catherine Anne Cooper.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethel Baptist Church.
