He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Marvin Ham and Myrtle Alvie Barlow Ham; and his sister Ettie Pearl Ham-Barnett. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jean Ham; his children, Carrie Lynn Ham-Abruzzini (Ken) of Vine Grove and Bryan Keith Ham (Cristina) of Troup; his sister Ruby Dean Ham-Vetch of Tyler; and his grandchildren, David Ham, Dezzary Ham, Brantley Ham, Jane, Adasin and Trevor.
