He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fields and Bertha Colby Fields; and his brother Jerry Fields. He is survived by: his wife Terri Cannon Fields of Troup; his sons, Bobby Fields of Troup and Steven Fields (Laurel); his granddaughter Elowyn Elise Fields of Troup; and his siblings, Linda Smith of Troup and Jimmy Fields (Terri Ann) of Troup.
