He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jenkinson and Alma Jenkinson; his siblings, George, Mona and Olive; and his granddaughter Brooklyn.
He is survived by: his wife Pam Jenkinson; his sisters, Margaret, Cynthia (Don) and Sheena (John); his siblings-in-law, Steve, Denise and John; his daughters, Rebecca and Kelly; his grandchildren, Nate, Blake, Josh (Chelsey) and Ashlie; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth, Keleigh, Zoe, Trinity, Micah and Knox. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
No flowers by request. Memorials may be made in David's name to either, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Hospice of East Texas.
