He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Harvey. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Howell of Troup; his son Brandon Howell (Leslie) of Troup; his grandchildren, Case Howell, Bo Howell and Rance Howell; his sister-in-law Pam Phillips (Don) of Tyler; and his siblings, Betty Luther (Connie) of Tyler, Becky Paveglio (Jon) of San Antonio and Bryan Harvey of Dallas. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
