He was predeceased by: his parents, C. E. Loomis, Jr. (Bud) and Madge Loomis (Crow). He is survived by: his wife Klista Kisner Loomis; his son Court Edward Loomis IV (Ceth); his sister Kim Loomis Irwin (Dean); his grandmother Loomis Miller; and his close friend Arnie.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic a memorial service will be held in Enid later in the fall.
