He is survived by: his children, Jimmy Scroggins, Walter Scroggins Jr, Anthony Scroggins, Angela Scroggins, Becky Scroggins and Jessie Scroggins; and his siblings, R. V. Emerson (Deborah) and Gloria Beers (Terry) of Brenda Bowers. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; one great grandchild; numerous other relatives and a host of friends.
