He is survived by: his children, Mildred Ann and Mackey Ray Looney; his mother Mildred Looney; his siblings, Patricia Taylor, Della "Fay" (Doug Lohmann), Mary Edson, Terry Skelton, Tracy Skelton and Vivian Jordan (Jack Crow); his children, Clayton Welch, Terry Welch, Sabrina "Rene" (Dave Wade), Thomas Ray Skelton, Bess Irwin (Chris Shopp), Haylen Skelton and Lindsey Skelton; and his grandchildren, Mason Watters, Christopher Brown, Jr., Gabriele Wade, Grace Brown, Peyton DuRose, Gabriella Andrade Martinez, Giovannii Andrade Martinez, Sophia Jones, Sarah Jones and Gray Gertose. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
