He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Sam and Catherine Nesmith Ramey; and his nephew Troy Ramey. He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha LaTour and Vanda Stovall; his grandchildren, Lauren Lochridge, Ragan LaTour and Hannah Denson; his great grandchildren, Gwendolyn and Maverick Shaw; his brother Tommy Ramey; his wife Vicki; his nieces, Jennifer Ramey and Melanie Watanabe; his husband Jim; his former wife Linda Ramey; and his close friend Simone Paisley.
