It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruby Joyce Barrett (Trinity, Texas), born in Jewett, Texas, who passed away on March 25, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Dennis Ainsworth, Mary Ainsworth, Lillie Andrus and JoAnn Jones; and her husband LeRoy Barrett.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Barrett Caldwell of Athens, Lee Barrett (Sheri) of Carlisle, Paul Barrett (Donna) of Carlisle and Mary Jo Barrett Spivey of Athens; her grandchildren, Ivy Sherman, Travis Sherman, Chris Sherman (Stacy), Crystal Burris (Jesse), Riley Barrett (Brittany), Cody Whitmire, Cory Whitmire (Sara), Brooke Watson (Taylor) and Cutter Justice; and her brothers, James Ainsworth (Linda), Keith Ainsworth (Sheryl), Randy Ainsworth (Debbie) and Jimmy Ainsworth (Mary Kay). She is also survived by Numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
