He is survived by: his daughter Tana Boutwell (Jimmy); his grandchildren, Mariah, Chance Sigler, Jimmy, Misty, Angela Boutwell, Ashley, Anthony, Jaya King, Cody Taylor, Mikey, Steffan, Logan Williams, Makayla, Dylan Morgan, Tyler Walton and Brittani Blackwell; and also Marlous Modena King. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
