He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann O'Bannon Stepp; his mother-in-law Elizabeth O'Bannon; his daughters, Trista McDonald and Tisha Stepp; his grandchildren, Misty Weaver (Destiney Stenson), Kristina, Allen Weaver, Starr, Raymond Marshall, Brittany, Courtney, Christopher and Joshua McDonald; his great grandchild Jaxxon James; his brother Randy Stepp (Jennifer); his siblings-in-law, Willie O'Bannon (Mary), Shelia Clark and Jessice O'Bannon; and his nieces and nephews, Alyssa, Rikki, Lacie, Britney, Kerrigan, Danny and Bobby.
