He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Roy and Wilma Friday Bell; his wife Brenda Snider Bell; and his mother-in-law Sophie Snider. He is survived by: his son Stephen Randall Bell (Nicole); his grandchildren, Dominic Jan Bell and Brianna Elizabeth Bell; and his siblings, Barbara Bell (Jack Ward), Sandy Bell Warren and Rusty Bell. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
