She is survived by: her brothers, Eddie Headen and Stanley Smith; her children, Tad Lewis (Pam), Lisa Marie (Thomas Heaton), Joseph Andrew Jamail (Jeanette) and Patricia Bodden (Jason); her grandchildren, Justin, Vickie McBroom, Sara, Andrew Williams, Alexis Jamail, Jeremiah Jamail, Mandy, Rodrigo Velazquez, Daniel White, Billy White, Mary Cloudy and Matthew Cloudy; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt Slack, Noah Williams, Michael McBroom, Daniel McBroom, Cayden Jamail, Sophia Valazquez and Hope Cloudy.
