He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Darby and Leora Darby (Hubbard); his brother Gary Darby; and his daughters, Christina Darby and Karon Darby.
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his stepchildren, Mindye McKinster, Cindye Session, Ginger Brennan, Jessica Pierson, Curtis Pierson (Hannah), Kristen Pierson and Regina Pierson; and his grandchildren, Allison Session, Wesley Session, Skyla McKinster, Christopher Brennan, Nicholas Brennan, Benjamin Chriswell, Andrew Owen, John Owen, William Pierson and Vivian Pierson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
