He was predeceased by: his mother Delores Miller. He is survived by: his sister Peggy Elizabeth Baugh; his wife Tamara Turner Miller; his children, Nycole (David McMahon), Kyle Miller (Kodee), Cole Miller (Courtney), TJ Cox (Amanda) and Shane Connally (Shay); his grandchildren, Kameron, Devin, Kiley, Charlie, Cayliegh, Lainey, Jessa, Raylan, Avery, Jaxon, Cayson and MaKenna; his father Wayne Cummins; and his stepmother Rebecca Cummins. He is also survived by his siblings, and countless other family members and friends.
