He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Navarro; his sister Maria Eugenia Savedra; his wife Sandra Navarro of Del Rio; his children, Sandra Venegas (Heriberto Venegas) of Del Rio, Carlos Navarro of Dallas, TX and Gabriela Navarro of Del Rio; his mother Maria Ester Navarro; his siblings, Marta Ruiz, Hiram Navarro of Guadalajara, MX, Ithiel Navarro, Alma Molina, Miriam Navarro, Josue Navarro and Etzael Navarro; and his grandsons, Aaron Venegas, Alan Venegas and Manuel. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
