He is survived by: his close friend Selina Gonzalez of Del Rio; his mother Rosario Cervantes of Del Rio; and his siblings, Estella Mesta (Jerry Mesta) of Del Rio, Ralph Martinez (Jesse Martinez) of San Antonio, TX, Victor Serrano, Tanya Serrano of Del Rio, Juan Carlos Serrano of Del Rio and Rebecca Serrano (Sergio Jimenez) of Odessa, TX. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives.
