He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Gonzales and Mary Lucille Gonzales (Jones); his brothers, James, Tony, Rudy and Jessie Gonzales; and his sister-in-law Patricia Gonzales.

He is survived by: his children, Linda Aguilar, Michelle Verewyck, Randy Gonzales, Jimmy Gonzales and Corey Gonzales; and his brother Joe Gonzales (Alice). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
