He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen Frazier; his parents, Doc Shults and Edith Shults; and his sister Wanda Emerson. He is survived by: his wife Rita Shults; his children, Kenny Shults (Diane) and Gail Lewis (Jim); his son-in-law Ricky Frazier; and his siblings, Wayne Shults, Ronnie Shults, Jerry Don Shults, Betty Sue Hammond and Ann Owens. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, and fourteen great-great grandchildren.
