He is survived by: his wife Jana Rowe; his children, Skyler Rowe, Courtney Rowe, Danielle Parker, Madalyn Sparks and Landon Gaspard; his mother Rhonda Blair (Nolan) of Trinity; and his siblings, Wanye Rowe of Crosby, Janie Rowe of Trinity, Kimberly Antoinette (Robert) of West Columbia and Bryan Parish (Christina). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews great nieces & great nephews and many relatives and friends.
