He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Pierce Holt and Elsie Brazzil Holt; and his sister Joann Holt Gray. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Rae McCown; his children, Kirk Holt (Janet), Kelly Holt (Tamara) and Kim Holt Hetherington (Ken); his grandchildren, Christi Holt Fewin (Daniel), Grant Hetherington, Carter Holt (Paige), Jordan Holt, Griffin Hetherington, Jessica Holt and Graham Hetherington; his great grandchildren, Abby Rayann, Carsyn Rylie and Ryder Rane; and his nieces and nephews, Kathleen, Jeff, Janet and Johnny.
