It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joy Alyne Elliott in Trinity, Texas, born in Gonzales, Texas, who passed away on August 16, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nora Cowey Ussery and Otis Ussery; her husband B. B. Elliott Jr.; and her sisters, Wilyne Sicko and Erlyne Byrd.
She is survived by: her children, Arlene Campbell (Fred), Burl Elliott (Sharon) and Becky Blake (Shon); her grandchildren, Gary Campbell (Jessica), Kelley Campbell-Conner (Danny), Cindy VanCleave (Mark), Steven Weaver and Dee Berlin (Bryson); her great grandchildren, Ashley Campbell, Alex Conner, Caden Conner, Joshua Campbell, Landon Weaver, Ellie VanCleave, Tori VanCleave, Hunter Kinder (Kaitlyn), Keilyn Berlin and Brylan Berlin; her great great grandchildren, Ryder Kinder and Huntley Kinder; her grandsons, Dusty Elliott and Joey Campbell; and her great grandchildren, Brayden Kinder and Coy Campbell. She is also survived by her seven grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
Joy's family moved to Pelly, Texas when she was a child and she never left Baytown until moving to "The Cottages" for Alzheimer care in Round Rock, Texas.
