He was predeceased by: his father Charles "Slick" Yeary. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Yeary; his children, David Yeary (Connie) and Laura Schulz (Kenneth); his sister Margaret Vogt (Donald); and his grandchildren, Eric Schulz, Blake Schulz (Chantel), Terry Yeary (Elizabeth), Joshua Schulz, Sydnee Rambo (Derek), Joanne Jones (Cody) and Kathleen Yeary.
Howard's family request memorial donations be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Hospice of South Texas, or The Shriner's Hospital for Children.
