He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Charles Buford and Lillian Ballard Kellum; his brothers, Charles and Otis; his wife Merline; his children, Chris (Tina) and Lana (Chris); his grandchildren, Caleb, Sarah, Hannah, Joel, Savannah, Mackenzie and Stephen; his siblings, Marie and James Earl; and his grandmother Mary Helen.
