He was predeceased by: his former wife Lori Swinney Storts; and his parents, Alma Jean and Bobby Ray Storts. He is survived by: his wife Merylou Inot Storts of Cebu City, Philippines; his children, Amie Karon Torralva (Jose Torralva) of Del Rio, Benjamin Dee Storts of Del Rio, Randee Lynette Storts (Adam Hull) of Junction, TX and Joel Casey Storts (Ashley Storts) of Oklahoma City, OK; his siblings, David Storts (Deborah Storts), Brenda Swanson (Rich Swanson) of San Antonio, TX, Darrell Storts (Janice Storts) of San Angelo, TX, Linda Henry of Victoria, TX and LaDonna Storts of Lubbock, TX; and his grandchildren, Abraham (Karli), Andrea, Prasaus, Caspian and Harold. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
