He is survived by: his child Jerry; his wife Betty; his children, Nicki (Marty), Neil, Chris (Jennifer), Lori (Jim) and Steve; his sisters, Elaine, Susan and Terri; his nephews, Craig and Ken; his grandchildren, Lauren and Jaxon; his great grandchild Ella; his great-nieces, Stefanie and Paige; and his great-nephew Asher.
