He is survived by: his wife Debra Manning of Trinity, Texas; his children, James Salazar (Lek) of Thailand, John Holland (Kristin) of Kansas City, Kansas and Bobbi Daley (Clarence) of Plantersville, Texas; his nieces, Danielle, Jennifer and Heather; and his nephew Justin. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, great nephews, other relatives and friends.
