He is survived by: his wife Adela Cepeda of Del Rio; his children, Lucero Morales of Del Rio and Francisco Morales of Ft; and his stepchildren, Diana Martinez of Houston, Ramiro Cepeda Jr. of Laredo, Rolando Cepeda of Del Rio and Aurora Cepeda of Del Rio. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
