She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Fransaw and Lenora Fransaw; her son Ozell Parker; and her siblings, Clovis, Bill Fransaw and Erma.
She is survived by: her children, Quanita Parker and Charles Parker; and her siblings, Freddy Fransaw, Ruby Fransaw, Opal Fransaw, Eli Fransaw, James Fransaw and David Fransaw (Dana). She is also survived by three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
