She is survived by: her husband Charles Louis Duggan, Sr.; her children, Charles Louis Duggan, Jr. (Kathy), Tracie Renee Duggan and Kenneth Scott Duggan (Sheri); her adoptive daughter Christine Marie Duggan; her great grandchildren, Aden, Heaven, Kaylee and William; her siblings, Theresa (John Neely), Bobby (Brenda Mayew) and Rebecca Stripling; and also, Amber, Christopher, Joseph, Dixie, Ty, Clay, Alyssa and Denay.
