He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kelley and Loretta Kathleen Folley Kelley. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Kelley (Spring) and Jacob Kelley (Kristen); his grandchildren, Chloe, Serenity, Brooklynn, Madison and Trent; and his siblings, Rodney Kelley and Kathy Nemec (Michael). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
