He is survived by: his wife Chelette; his children, Kala Baker and Kevin Baker; his foster son Richard Scrivano; his grandsons, Jack Baker and Samuel Baker; his nephews, David Pemberton (Laurie) and Banks Pemberton (Kammye); and his siblings, Jimmy Lee Baker (Connie) and Leta Frances Pemberton. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
