He is survived by: his mother Maria Guadalupe Badillo; his wife Ana; his daughters, Vanessa Leija (Lazaro) and Melissa Leija; his granddaughter Denise Lopez; and his siblings, Sophia Leija, Armandina Leija, Ruben Leija, Leobo Leija (Alma), Amelia Esparza (Jesus), Juana Leija, Macrina Leija, Dora Leija, Rosy Leija and Margarita Leija. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
