He was predeceased by: his brother Jesse Peña; and his parents, Pedro Peña and Elodia Peña. He is survived by: his sons, Arthur J. Peña, Jr. (Debbie Peña) of Dallas, Robert C. Peña of Grand Prairie and John A. Peña (Lisa Peña) of Mesquite; his siblings, Antonia Garcia of San Jose, CA and Rudy A. Peña (Diana Peña) of Del Rio; his grandchildren, Arthur III, Dalilah, Lauren, Sabrina, Priscilla, Robert Jr., Mariah Jr and John Jr.; and his great grandchildren, Alina, Abel, Layla, Leah, Avaiyah, John III, Elias, Liliana and Noah. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
