He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Conwell Cheek and Vegia Mildred Brown Cheek; and his siblings, Sidney M. Cheek, Johnny Cheek, Fred Cheek, Sarah Mae Cheek and Shirley Ann Cheek.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ormsby Cheek; and his brother William Cheek.
