He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanford Rutledge and Stella Rutledge; his wife Virginia Ruth Rutledge; and his daughters, Regina Reno and Kathy Pearson.
He is survived by: his siblings, Eloise Daniels and James Rutledge; and his children, Sandra Ragsdale (Donald), Vickie Welborn (Robert), Andrea Wilson (Troy), Michael Rutledge (Vicky), Carol Loftice (Mark), Lisa Rutledge and Christy Palovich (Chad). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
