She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruth Pike Cox and Denzel Cox; her husband James Othell O'Kelly; her daughter Melinda O'Kelly Simpson; and her siblings, Joyce Ferguson, Dave Cox and Nowlin "Corky" Cox.
She is survived by: her son Owen O'Kelly (Kay); her son-in-law Ted Simpson; her grandchildren, Melissa Simpson Jones, Chris Simpson (Cindy), Scott O'Kelly (Jana), Kelley O'Kelly and Heather O'Kelly; and also, Lettie Hamner, Sheila Hamner Dozier and Lila Cox. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren and 11 great great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
The family requests donations to Trent United Methodist Church or Hendricks Hospice Care in lieu of flowers.
